I think the transition from DVD to online will be a long and slow one, taking many more years than people realise. This should give Blu-ray adoption time to properly play out. There's still plenty to come - including the new Blu-ray/DVD combo discs that will play in both SD-DVD and Blu-ray players. Yep .. will be interesting to see what happens.
